The most developed railway network reaches the Black Sea exactly in the vicinity of Odessa.
The most updated highway reaches the Black Sea near Odessa.
The Black Sea Ring Highway is planned to be constructed next to the Project territory.
The Danube delta is located to the south-west not far from Odessa.
The Dnister mouth is located next to the Complex.
An easy access to the Dnipro and Yuzhny Bug rivers along the sea coast makes it possible to employ the cheaper river transport.
One million population Odessa has several high and higher sea and transport educational institutions. Personnel for the complex can also be trained in Izmail and Reni. A significant part of the population between Odessa and Danube has been traditionally related to the sea.
The environmental situation in the Dnister-Danube is relatively stable, there are no major environmentally unfriendly works and factories.
A prolific climate makes it possible to operate all complex elements summer and winter alike.
